I have been hooked on chocolate banana peanut butter milkshakes lately and I wanted to share the recipe I have been using because it is so simple and tastes delicious! Plus, they are healthy! All you need to do is place the following ingredients in a blender and blend! It will make 2 8oz servings. Enjoy!
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- 1.5 cups soymilk (or milk of your choice)
- 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 2 (heaping) tbs peanut butter
- 4-5 large ice cubes
